Luckily we have individual staff bathrooms without stalls - just to have a pause - to stretch/breathe/touch my head to the wall… I make sure to take breaks away from my work space… just to have a change of environment… I walk after work too - make sure I can find a safe nature space - find green and a tree/trees.
